On June 6th, 2012, ECHA reminded that producers and importers of articles containing 20 SVHC substance included in the Candidate list in December 2011 have to notify the agency by 19 June, if the concentration is above 0,1 % w/w and the total volume of a substance per producer per year is above 1 ton.

It should be noted that the December candidate list contains two new entries on refractory ceramic fibres which were included since January 2010. A company that has already notified the presence of refractory ceramic fibres in their articles does not need to make additional notifications now.
